A one-day’s Kids Athletics Program organized by the Liberia Athletics Federation (LAF) is scheduled on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Samuel Kanyon Sports Complex in Paynesville, from 8am – 12noon.
The program is aimed to celebrate children and young people participating in athletics. The annual event is sponsored by World Athletics (WA).
This year’s Kids’ Athletics Day will bring to the fore about 200 children between the ages 4 to 14 years under the theme: “Born To Move.”
According to the president of LAF, Mulbah Zaza, there will be lot of Kid Athletics’ activities, including short races, jumps, throws and drills.
